Location - Fäviken, Sweden
For this project, a very small crew and I travelled 375 miles north of Stockholm.
In this remote wilderness, I met the talented chef Magnus Nilsson, head of restaurant Fäviken Magasinet, one of the best restaurant in the world.
In this short video, we followed the chef for a week and we went behind its scene to discover how sources ingredients in the surrounding areas and how he transforms them into delicious culinary creations.
